Do not go over 2 or 3 hours without meals, and keep on giving yourself meals several times during the day. This will not only give your metabolism a boost, but also keeps you energized when it comes to losing body fat for women.

Losing belly fat during pregnancy and after is not just for the moms, so get your baby into the act! Join the community of other moms, and go out on stroller walks, or maybe your still carrying, so just walk along. If no such thing exists in your neighborhood, take your baby in the stroller or just walk the dog. This method seems to work great to lose weight for pregnant women.

3. Sleeping Well

Lack of sleep leads to reduced immunity systems. Pregnancy will keep you feeling tired, so it's very important to get proper rest. During the day take little naps, because this will help save your energy, and being healthier for you and the baby.
